ARTISTIC VISION

Asia J. Lanni's work combines an ever-evolving directorial perspective with a profound focus on narrative storytelling and actor direction. Having formally studied acting, Asia brings an insider's understanding to the craft, placing character development and performance at the very heart of her cinematic projects guided by a refined, at times dark, aesthetic sensibility.

An essential pillar of her signature style stems from a close collaboration with performers and dancers through meticulous research on movement and body language, a craft honed over the years through her experience within the duo Mòndeis.
